Chung Shun takes the risk of losing his life to save Ah Wing. Ah Wing and his father Ah Bill are grateful for Chung Shun's help. Ah Wing confesses to the police that he is told to start the fire on Chung Shun's equipment. However, the one who maneuvers this arson is still unknown. Chung Shun presses the insurance company and finally he can get the indemnity. Su Shan recognizes that Si Ki is the culprit who maneuvers the arson. She scolds him but Si Ki teases her in return. Su Shan is grieved at heart for she has chosen a wrong partner. Siu Kwan's business suffers a setback and he owes a lot of money to the loan shark, he pretends to commit suicide. Chung Shun, for the sake of Sau Fong, uses all his indemnity to buy the shares of Siu Kwan’s factory. When Siu Kwan tries to take the money and flee away, Sau Fong has an accident. Siu Kwan sends her to hospital and he leaves at once. Sau Fong suffers abortion afterwards……
