Sciacca, Marciano and Coppola investigate the death of a young girl. The murderer, the victim's peer and friend, is found not far from the scene of the murder. At the police station, the police discover that the boy is incapable of understanding and willing: he will not end up in prison, but in a psychiatric hospital. Shortly afterward, a condominium fight breaks out in the victim's building. Sciacca suspects that the girl's parents are hiding something. His infallible instinct will prove him right once again.
