MEI-SUET starts a quarrel with BING-CHAN because of AMBER and she wants to separate with him temporarily. SIU-YIK says that BING-CHAN is too indecisive. YAT-KIN says that BING-CHAN's main problem is that he was not honest to MEI-SUET. NGOK HO-BIU, the patient treated by both MEI-SUET and TZE-TING before, suddenly feels sick. HO-TAK says that the four stents placed in HO-BIU's heart in a previous operation are all blocked and a bypass operation on the next day is necessary. However, HO-BIU requests him to postpone the operation for a few days. PUI-CHUNG is inspired by HO-BIU's case and he decides to declare his love to HIU-TUNG again.
