Catya Sassoon was an American actress and model, born on (September 3, 1968), in Manhattan, New York City. She was the daughter of renowned hairstylist Vidal Sassoon and actress Beverly Adams. Sassoon began her career at a young age, entering the modeling world at 14. She quickly achieved success, becoming a sought-after teen model and appearing on the covers of prominent magazines. This early success laid the foundation for her transition into acting. Her acting career included roles in both film and television. She made her film debut in the 1985 production "Tuff Turf." Subsequently, she appeared in various television series, including "Amazing Stories," "Out of This World," and "Hardball." A significant portion of her film work was in action films, most notably her lead role in the 1993 martial arts film "Angelfist." She also appeared in other action-oriented films such as "Bloodfist IV: Die Trying" and "Bloodfist VI: Ground Zero." Sassoon's career showcased her versatility as a performer, transitioning from successful modeling to acting in both television and film, particularly within the action genre.
